Camarena Law offers experienced counsel in a wide range of critical practice areas. If you can't make it to our office for a free consultation, we will travel to your location, or we may use telephone and Docu sign. Time is always of the essence in representing you. There are statutory and court-imposed deadlines. Generally, you have two years to file a lawsuit. If your claim is against an Arizona government entity, you must serve your claim within 180 days. You must file your lawsuit within one year of your recognized date of loss. In addition, witnesses, and other evidence, may be lost, destroyed, and memories forgotten. These are some of the reasons why we must move quickly.
